Vintage Primitive Hand Made 3D Diorama depicting a rustic kitchen scene. These charming pieces of folk art where sold as souvenirs in European countries 1920s-1950s. This one is signed and dated 1958 and has a saying on the back. Each shadowbox was put together by a local artist. You will find similar diorama setups but the piece and paint were done at the artisans discretion. This piece of wall art measures 9 3/4″ W x 6 1/2″ H x 3/4″ D.
No cracks or loose pieces has a faint sweet smell of pipe tobacco-I think this diorama is made from the lid of a tobacco box. Perfect wall hanging for cottage or cabin decor.
