Circa 1940s Dress Makers Marking Tool. This is the Nee-Tan-Ezy Chalk Skirt marker produced by the W.H. Collins Co. New York. Inserted into a cast iron base is a 20″ measuring stick with directions on the back on how to correctly set it up for accuracy. Attached to the stick is a chalk holder that has a screw off lid for filling. This old-school marker is a must have for a collector of seamstress tools, advertising or craft room decor.
