Civil War coat buttons. A mix of 9 U.S. Civil War-WW1 Copper over Brass U.S. Military Buttons. These are antique American Army buttons pre-1900’s. 7 are over an inch probably coat buttons 2 are just shy of an inch. These were manufactured by 4 different button companies-The Art Metal Works, Newark N.J; Scovill MFG. Co., Waterbury; City Button Works, New York and D. Evans and Co, Attleboro Falls. Very good condition for a collector of buttons, Military history, reenactments or stage. Very old and in great condition.
