Description
Vintage Fenton Swung Vase has a stunning hobnail base in their Colonial Blue color. A 10 1/2" footed bud vase produced by the Fenton Glass Co in the 1970s. This beautiful vase that fits into any style of home decor. A very popular MCM home accent piece. In very good vintage condition.
Swung glass was created process by each piece extracted individually from their moulds, clamped on the end of a snap, reheated in a glory hole and literally swung by the glassmaker whilst the glass was still elastic in texture, to achieve their finished length and the unique opening at the top.
