Description

Very cute Vintage hand painted apple pattern pitcher by the Purinton Pottery Company in Pennsylvania. Reminiscent of traditional Dutch Pottery. Stands 4 1/2" tall x 5 1/2" W to the end of the handle.
The Purinton Pottery Company was incorporated in 1936. It made a variety of hand-painted ceramic wares and by the 1950's was making dinnerware, souvenirs, cookie jars and florist wares. The company shut its doors in 1959.There are no cracks or chips. Some discoloring see pics. Crazing on the inside, none that I could see on the outside.
