1940s-1950s Hal-Sey Hand Painted Porcelain. Figures are a matching pair, a colonial man and woman marked on the bottom Hal-Sey Fifth Ave. L& M Occupied Japan. Ornately painted in pinks, green and white with gold accents a perfect match. In excellent condition with no cracks,chips or repairs. Perfect for vanity or dresser home accent.
