1891-1921 Rare Advertising find! This is a ceramic or porcelain advertising tray for the Wm. Lawther Candy Factory. Pretty Pink floral transfer ware in the center of the white tray with gold trim accents. Lettering on the inside of the bowl and the outside that reads “Wm. Lawther Co’s. Pure Chocolates. William Lawther purchased The Key City Steam Candy Co. in 1891 and sold it in 1921.
Measures 8 3/4”D x 6 3/4” W x 1 3/4” H. In great antique condition with no crazing but each of the interior corners have hairline stress cracks(see pics)
