Description

This is an 10 ounce empty "Goody" Beverages bottle that looks like it was never filled. This bottle has great graphics and a unique retro look with "Goody" in 6 places around the bottle. The 9 1/2" H Goody soda bottle was made ready for distribution at the Maquoketa Bottling Works of Maquoketa, Iowa over 50 years ago. The bottle was likely made by the Liberty Glass Works dated "73" on the bottom.
In 1919 Willow Springs Distillery started selling near beer and soft drinks. The company later moved to Indianapolis where Goody soda was formulated and sold first in the 1940's.
