Description

This antique Weller pottery vase is from their Floretta line circa 1904. The pattern is a cluster of molded grapes on two sides in a reddish-purple color. This ceramic vase has a unique form, it is round at the base and slightly tapers toward the top which features four large lobes forming a flared square opening. The background shades from a very pale gray wash at the base to a medium bluish-gray at the top. This color combination is harder to find compared to the brown. This Floretta vase has the high gloss glaze. The vase measures 6" H x 4" W on the bottom and 2 1/4" W across the top opening. In very good 100 year+ condition. Crazing throughout and a small scratch in the finish. See pics
